Half Step Down Tuning

After attemping to play the Bass Tab written by Dr. Sin, I wasn't happy
with the outcome. I think that most of the notes in the main riff are about 
an octave lower than what is written in his tab, furthermore the amount of 
played notes didnt sound right to me. This is a rewrite of the tab by Dr.Sin.
