Brilliant tab, except I would make 3 minor changes:
(i) When I'm playing the song, there doesn't feel like enough time to fit in the last note of the "Lift me back up to the sun" line, so I go straight into the next part. It's a bit pedantic, but I think this slight mod would fit the vocals better.
(ii) The last "choose to live" line is 1 bar of the intro riff, rather than being the same as the first "choose to live" bar.
(iii) Finally, after the last "choose to live" it repeats the "catch me, heal me" bar.
