This tab is right, 100% for sure, I've tried playing the other two, their out of key 
the song or the beats/time/strumming is wrong this is right.

I think it might be longer, but that's the order, I'm 100% the tab is right, picking, 
and everything.  Listen to the song while you're learning at the same time, it'll fall in 
once you've heard it.
