This would be MUCH easier if you just put a capo on 1 and played in D. Quick transposition:

Eb = D
Cm = Bm
Bb = A
Fm = Em
Ab = G
C = B

That said, this is pretty accurate, just really hard to play without either capoing at 1 and playing in D or tuning down half a step and playing in E.

Oh, it doesn't seem so hard to me, and I'm definitely not a competent guitarist or anything. The Eb (open D shape) is a bit unusual, and jumping to it with speed takes some practice, but most everything else is common barre chords ... just kind of a workout really. :)

BTW the charts the site is giving for Cm, and Ab, are pretty silly, as far as I know and certainly for this song ... instead Cm is just one fret up from Bm:

e ---|---|-x-|---|---|
B ---|---|---|-x-|---|
G ---|---|---|---|-x-|
D ---|---|---|---|-x-|
A ---|---|-x-|---|---|
E ---|---|---|---|---|

and Ab is

(*****4th fret*****, so one step below barre A on fret 5)

e -x-|---|---|---|---|
B -x-|---|---|---|---|
G ---|-x-|---|---|---|
D ---|---|-x-|---|---|
A ---|---|-x-|---|---|
E -x-|---|---|---|---|
