In the video tutorial, Andy Grammer states that in the Dm chord he doesn't play the D note (3rd fret) on the B string. Instead, he plays a C note (1st fret) on the B string, making this chord a Dm.
The 1st chord is Dm7 XX0311, 3rd chord is A7 X02010, the 4th chord is G in the 3rd position 355433
*3rd chord is Am7.
