Basically, from what I can hear from the song, there are only two guitar parts and the 
morse code part is synth. So here goes.

That's really it.  Play Riff 1 in the intro after the drums come in, the verses, and at 
end where, "Just hold on, hold on to me," is repeated.

Play Riff 2 on all of the choruses and you should be good to go.
