hhhhss... the only thing this one has wrong with it is a wrong chord at the very end of the verse chords. it should be an A.
but im 100% sure that the intro chords for the other one are wrong. its not 2 notes played on the high b and e strings. if you listen closely you will hear the sort of scraping sound when he changes chords, that makes it clear the he would be playing notes on the bottom 4 strings. also, the other version omits the passing bass notes in the part before the solo, and the notes heard just before the chorus
