I've been listening to the song for the last half hour now, and think there might be a slight error in the chorus. Listen to the actual recording of the song, and on these two videos:

From the actual recording and the two videos, I think the chorus does not go 02p02. I think it goes 0h2p0h2p0. Alternatively, you could pick all of the open string notes so it becomes 0h20h20 instead. Listen to the sources I posted, and let me know what you think (I might be wrong). I like how it sounds on my bass and guitar...it makes the rhythm a little more exciting in my opinion. Also, look at the highest rated guitar tab for this song and you'll see that the chorus is tabbed differently there. I also posted this comment on that page as well. Correct me if I'm wrong...it is incredibly difficult to hear the correct notes in the chorus of this song.
