Seriously now, check out the video of Steve Lynch actually playing this solo
or you may never understand what the tablature means.

For the 9 on the G-string start with tremolo arm push inwards, pluck, then release. For 
first line keep pushing/pulling the tremolo arm to achieve the right bends...
