Bend the 5th fret up a full step bend and bring it back down, and bend it up again, only
this time you bend it up a 1 1/2 step bend, and you don't pick it. Pick the 5th fret on
the B string, but bend it a 1/2 step. Then do the same thing on the G string, but you're
not picking the 5 in the ( )s. Listen to the song to hear this part.

On this part, you're just bending the 18th fret on the B string up and down, but
it's a 1 1/2 step bend. If you can't get that bend, then you can try bending it only
half step.
