Here are the Chords for Bad Astronaut's Elliot Smith Coversong "Needle in the Hay" 
need a Capo on 3rd Fret to play accoding to these Chords. However, I have also added the 
wihout Capo, just Change them then for the text.
Essentially, I just changed the Chords from the Elliot Smith file, but there shouldn't 
any mistakes in the text.
