To make this simpler, first tune every note on your guitar one whole step down (DGCFAD). Now play the following as if you haven't mucked with the tuning:
Verse: Am Dm G
Chorus: F C G
I think the 'heart's bitter call' should be 'hospital call'. Also, 'house I built from love' should be 'house I built from logs'. Finally, 'a raven-headed lady all' should be 'a raven and a lady haunt.' This is simply my best guess from having heard this track many many times this afternoon.
Maybe this chord is only made by the bass, but it sounds much better if you put a Dm7 at the start of the chorus (after the F, before the Eb)
