good tab, although I dont particularly like the finger placements you chose in some parts..
oh, and when you say you saw paul play it in the studio, do you mean in person or on a video?
on a video
the 4th fret on the A string is the same as the 9th on the E. And you wouldnt have to shift your hand going from the 4th fret to the 7th like you would going 5th to 9th
