Just one little thing, though - in Chorus 3 (before the guitar solo), I think that instead of this:

Thanks for the tab. After watching some performances from the DVD's, McCartney doesn't appear to play an open-A pattern anywhere in the song as it's written here. During the verse, he plays it an octave higher than written, and simply moves up a string.
So, instead of this:

He appears to be playing this:

He does play it on the lower octave during the lyrics "Well my heart went boom when I crossed that room" but even that isn't an open A. Minor points that may be different on the original recording. I'm guessing it has more to do with the inaccuracy of the Hofner than anything else.
