It's good. but the '7' chords don't sound right to me. although i could be wrong
I think the D7 sounds right in the second line for the "I'll follow..." But I think it should be a regular D chord over "I have gone."
The G7 would probably be better fit at just a G. And I think the Am would work better as an Em
There's also a C7: 013230...during some of the transitions.
But it sounds good either way, so its up to you to decide what sounds better.
I think the "7" chords sound good...this version I think is better than than the other. I think the only thing it's missing is the quick C F C change over the FIRST "I'll follow the sun" in the first verse.
