This is the third song off of Sounding A Mosaic by Bedouin Soundclash.
Enjoy!
Any corrections feel free to fix.

Intro (Riff 1)

E -------------------------------------------------------------------|
B -------------------------------------------------------------------|
G -------------------------------------------------------------------|
D -------------------------------------------------------------------|
A -----------11--10------11--10-------------11--10------11--10-------|
E -----8--8----------8----------------8--8----------8----------------|

E -------------------------------------------------------------------|
B -------------------------------------------------------------------|
G -------------------------------------------------------------------|
D -------------------------------------------------------------------|
A -----------11--10-----11--10---------6--5---------11--10-----------|
E -----8--8----------8-----------3--3------------8-------------------|

This riff is pretty much repeated throughout the song.

Except:

"Muderer, Blood up on your shoulder"
E -------------------------------------------------------------------|
B -------------------------------------------------------------------|
G -------------------------------------------------------------------|
D -------------------------------------------------------------------|
A ---------------------------------------6--5------------------------|
E ----3--------------------------------------------------------------|

and

"Walk like a champion, talk like a champion"
E -------------------------------------------------------------------|
B -------------------------------------------------------------------|
G -------------------------------------------------------------------|
D -------------------------------------------------------------------|
A ---------------------------------------------6--5------------------|
E ----3----------------------3---------------------------------------|

and

"Comes with the beat, come with heat, shaking head to the feet"
E -------------------------------------------------------------------|
B -------------------------------------------------------------------|
G -------------------------------------------------------------------|
D -------------------------------------------------------------------|
A ------------------------------------------------3----3------6--5---|
E ---------------3------------------3--------------------------------|

You just have to listen for those breaks and when to play which notes.

As for the last chords,
I've seen other tabs do something like this (giving credit to vega, www.ultimate-guitar.com):

C C C C C C C C
Ride again you be a ghost some day, Rodigan you be a ghost some day,
C C C C G G C C
Ride again you be a ghost some day, Whoa oh oh a ghost some day...

And that's about it!

As for the last lyrics, I've seen different versions, such as "rodigan, you be a ghost
day", and "Rider can you be a ghost some day?", but you'll have to ask the band.

Have fun!
