A few things seem wrong to me:
first it should have a capo at 7th.
the main chords are : G - Am7 - G - Am7 - D - C
then the bridge : Dm - Cm/d (actually a Dm up two frets) - Dm - Cm/D - F - G - F - G - F -D - C)
then the main riff for eternity!
