Dunno if this is who the original writer was. 
I have seen Blind Lemon Jefferson referenced. The 
tab is obviously the guitar accompanyment. Haven't 
tabbed the lead -- if there is one. Played like a 
stomp. There are a lot of good reference vids on 
YouTube for this.
