Great tab! Only things I would change would be the tempo, its a bit slower at about 74bpm, and I've seen Ben tune to CGCGGC and put a capo on the 5th fret, instead of DADAAD with capo on the 3rd, but just whatever is easiest for the player I guess. Tab is spot on though, great job.
Thanks Burney, i didn't notice that about the 5th fret. I think he must play it in both positions, i looked it up on you tube and found him playing it on the 3rd fret: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t75MIHcbH34

if you're using this tuning it should have a capo on the third fret
