I used the other tab to help me with tuning but i think this is the way that it is 
actually played. Its the same as Ben's other tuning but you drop two of the G's down a step.
Great song and not too hard to play

The last section is partially strummed, you must hit the stings at the same time with a 
slap like style like explained in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k0q528dWlTI

This is my first tab but IS accurate, Im also working on Three Tree Town and London 
which aren't as easy as this but would appreciate some help if anyone is interested.
