D Bm
If you ever leave me, I'll be sad and blue

Don't you ever leave me, I'm so in love with you

The birds in the sky would be sad and lonely
        D F#m Bm
If they knew that I lost my one and only

Hey Pen

Thank you for tabbing this great B. J. Kramer and the Dakotas hit from the 60's. When I figured out the chords a long time ago, I some differences from your version, but I like your version better than mine. I did convert the 7th chords to major chords just because it sounds better to my ear.

I play this song in C. At the end of the song " you're not bad to me " the chords post C, Em, and G7 at the end of this line. I changed the G7 to E7. The one 7th chord in the version the way I play it. What do you think?

Thanks,
Tom
