This is tough to hear on both studio and live recordings.  On the studio song there is 
Ford's part and a sitar

played over it and during live shows this is once again mixed with Marc's part, 
things up, but after

numerous listens to the song on the album and live, this is what I could come up with

I believe the last chord here is supposed to be an Asus4, but in every video I've 
this is the position

Rich appears to be using.  You can play it in the familiar open A chord position, or 
it as I have it written

here, and have a droning open B string, which is how I hear it on live versions.
