The Black Crowes
Song Title: Girl From A Pawnshop
TBC Original? Yes
Written By: Chris and Rich Robinson
Recording Session: Three Snakes and One Charm
Record: Three Snakes and One Charm, Live
Live Debut: 05/20/1993
Shows: 112 times played live
Notes: Originally titled "Girl From The Pawnshop", it was first recorded at Kingsway
in New Orleans on 10/11/92. The original Kingsway take and live versions of this song from
High As The Moon Tour have some different lyrics from the final version.

An interesting tidbit: if you watch the 1992 video Who Killed That Bird, there is a
where Rich is just strumming his guitar and suddenly he breaks out into the bridge section
the song, while Marc and Chris stand around him smoking a joint.

Chorus/Solo rhythm:
G C
There's a passion in being alone
G C
