This is a great new song from Zakk.  Definitely one of his best.  I'm not 100% sure 
the solo because Zakk is a bit...um, crazy.  But awesome, nonetheless, so here goes.  
two guitars in the song.  One, obviously, is electric.  The other is an acoustic 12-string.
