The 2 is a G flat, or a F sharp... either way, it is tuned the same as a correctly tuned snare drum, it isnt heard in the mix on the record becuase they are the exact same note
In the intro/verse, Mark plays 0h7, instead of 2/7. If you don't believe me watch the video.
