These is the best chord version I can find. The song is definitely in D. All you need to do is play along with the Freewheelin version to tell. It's a little unclear about the chords though, which might make it sound off. You need to use a mix of barre and open (low) chords to sound like the singing.
D's are always open and A's and G's are barred by default.
