Emergency Contraception Blues - Bombay Bicycle Club
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tabbed by: pauli.f
Email: pauli.ahashakeheartbreak@hotmail.co.uk
Tuning: standard EADGBe
taken from the debut album 'I Had The Blues But I Shook Them Loose' as track 1.
it's just the same riff all the way through, which slightly changes after the intro.
there's also a lead guitar part.
you may also recognise a change more than once in the way the riff is played after the
it's just a matter of messing around with the chords, there aren't any additional chords
the ones i've tabbed they're just played in different orders.
the x's represent a muted note or in this case an open string. this just means don't let
string be heard.
if this tab doesn't sound that right to you when you play it, just ignore the way i have
the rhythm and play it the way you think sounds best according to the actual song.
this was tabbed by request.
enjoy :)

Well, done for tabbing it an all, but some of those chords seem ridiculously awkward...
i know, i agree. this isn't how jack plays it. it's played with a capo or something but it's as close as i could get so just use it as a starting point. hope it was at least a bit helpful anyway.
pretty sure it's in DADF#BE because it's the same guitar as the end of the last song on the album - the giantess, which is in acoustic. the giantess also has a capo on fret 2. (which is exactly how mumford & sons play... the cave i think it is?... 'empty in the valley of your heart.')
