Justin Vernon (not Bieber *sigh*) uses a miscellaneous tuning in this song.
I figured it out by ear+watching a live video and im pretty sure its correct.

Awesome tab transcription, but I've got one correction. Your first chord,x79800 (F# minor, I think) Should be changed to x89800 (Gmaj7 I believe). It sound more like the song and I think you'd agree. I haven't really looked through the rest of the tab but I'm sure it's great from what I can see. No one likes knit-pickers anyway. 5 stars from me.

Excellent, accurate tab. For the studio version I believe it's the same tuning, but a half step lower. So the tab would be the same, but the tuning would be F,C#,F,C#,Bb,F# high to low.

Very nice tab.
Only thing is on the recording the tuning is actually a full step lower than what you used so from lowest to highest the tuning would be DACEce
