This is a good chord but I think the "wooo, livin' on a prayer." in each chorus actually goes:
G C D D7
wooo, livin' on a prayer.
Also, I think instead of D7sus4, most times just go to a D-D7 change-up.
And one little last thing, at the end of each chorus where it's:
