Chords Used: E, Bm/F#, D, A
This is a super-novice version, personally I prefer version 3 if you're
a more experienced musician.

Listen to the song to figure out the strumming, and
remember that this song is not supposed to be in chords,
so these may not sounds exactly right, but I did my best.

E -0-2-2-1-0-0-
Bm/F#-2-2-4-4-3-2-
D -0-0-0-2-3-2-
A -0-0-2-2-2-0-

E
I wish you could see me now
 Bm/F#
I wish I could show you how
D A
I'm not who I was
E
I used to be mad at you
Bm/F#
A little on the hurt side too
      D A
But I'm not who I was

A Bm/F#
   I found my way around
               D
To forgiving you
           A
Some time ago
                     D A
But I never got to tell you
E,
so
Bm/F#, D, A

E
I found us in a photograph
Bm/F#
I saw me and I had to laugh
           D A
You know, I'm not who I was
E
You were there, you were right above me
Bm/F#
And I wonder if you ever loved me
D A
Just for who I was
A Bm/F#
When the pain came back again
                  D
Like a bitter friend
                        A
It was all that I could do
                      D A
To keep myself from blaming you

E, Bm/F#, D, A

E
   I reckon it's a funny thing
Bm/F#
I figured out I can sing
     D A
Now I'm not who I was
E
I write about love and such
Bm/F#
Maybe 'cause I want it so much
D A
I'm not who I was

A Bm/F#
   I was thinking maybe I
                       D
   I should let you know
               A
I am not the same
                   D A
But I never did forget your name

wow, yours is obviously a lot better than mine. I played yours and then I tried playing mine and it just sounded like nails on a chalk board, thanks for the correction. Why don't you post your song? It'd be good for other people to know the best way to play it.
