Just realised that I typed out the tabs wrong. 
The 'C#m' and 'Bm' shouldn't be played as how the chord diagram shows you.

My advice - play it like this:

         C#m          Bm

Yeah, not sure what the correct name for those chords are. 
If you know, please tell me :D (Not sure if it's C2 and B2)

Also! You can choose playing the 'C#m' as how I've told you, OR as 'A' 
- either way, they both sound ALLGOOD :D
