                        Classic Cars - Bright Eyes
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tabbed by: Yoshima
Email: derby@fsmail.net

Tuning: Standard
Capo: 2nd Fret

Chords used relative to capo:

.....G......D......A7....Bm......A......A(alt)
e|--(3)-----3------0------2------0------5---|
B|---3------2------2------3------2------2---|
G|---0------3------0------4------2------2---|
D|---0------0------2------4------2------2---|
A|---2------0------0------2------0------0---|
E|---3------------(0)-----2------0------0---|

It is acceptable to change the 'A7' chord for the 'A'. The 'A' sounds more
'powerful' than the 'A7' and so is more suited to the chorus.

If you don't wan't to play the 'interludes' just strum a chord, i think
'A' works best a these points.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

>>>Verse

G..G..G..G...

..........D.....................G.................
She was a real royal lady, true patron of the arts

............A7...............................Bm..............G...
She said the best country singers die in the back of classic cars

........D.........................G.................
So if I ever got too hungry for a suitcase or guitar

............D........A7...........D...
To think of them all alone in the dark

>>>Then
>>>Interlude 1; Doesn't sound so good with just one guitar.
I leave it out but if you want to play it play guitar 1.

...........A................................A(alt)..
You can go right out of your mind trying to escape

From the panicked paradox of day to day

............D..............A7...........D..

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

>>>Verse

D..............................G..............
Without even knowing I guess I took her advice

im pretty sure its perfect 5*

just a comment (not a correction!! i have the cd and booklet with lyrics too) but the
line

The whole world it loves you if you are a chic chameleon

i used to think the words were, if you are a sheep
chameleon..
i know this sounds weird and out of place but sheep follow each other and if you follow trends or other ppl
then i have heard that bein referred to as a sheep.

like just copy trends and blend in like a sheep chameleon...
anyway i like my lyric too lol
