Nice tab,but I'd use a few subtle differences...
I'd play the Cmaj7's as just straight C chords (x32010), the Bb9 chord as an Fm6 (1x0111) and the D7sus4 to Dm7/G could be just a Dm7(xx0211)to G7 (320001)
