GLYCERINE(ACOUSTIC)
As recorded by Bush
(From the 1996 Album SIXTEEN STONE)
Words by Gavin RossdaleMusic by Bush
Transcribed by Crow (uncrow@yahoo.com)
TRANSCRIBERS NOTE::
I have always loved this song, but am an acoustic guitar player at heart. With
that in mind, I have transposed the chords to something more suitable to the
acoustic guitar. I've also find that this arrangement makes singing a lot easier, seeing as it brings the
down a full step and a half, from the key of G to E. The bass notes are only there for spacing- feel free
use
as much flare with the rythym as you like- you're the one singing it!! Now
go out and make them CRY. ;)

uhhhhhh...nice try? lol this isnt any good at all
this sux!
I dont know why you are getting such low marks. For the acoustic version of this song he is down half a note anyways (if you play it exactly like the normal version you will have to tune your guitar down to Eb Ab Db Gb Bb Eb) so playing it as you have it here actually makes it easier...
You missed some portions where he changes up the pattern for the bridge (every glycerine tab does though) and he does not play the full chords either.
To play this correctly (AS THE ACOUSTIC VERSION) you would use the chords you listed above. The intro/verse is played using the low three notes for the first two chords, followed by some creative playing of the second two chords (basically just fuller chords with few more strums).
The chorus involves E B5 and A5 strummed a bit differently than the verse. Rinse and repeat until the bridge which repeats C#5 and A5 during the "Bad moon white again" portion.
tl;dr: You're pretty much spot on, dont know why you have 2 stars. Should be at least 3 if not 4. Every chord present in the song is written and its easy enough to hear how its played in the song.
