Rhythms are vague approximations, and are thus wildly inaccurate (especially the time signatures) - this tablature was quickly "sketched" for my own reference in the way I group the notes in my head so I didn't forget where to put my fingers while still learning the tune. Use the original recording as reference for the actual rhythms as played by Gary Lucas.
Also in playing the heavily accented final chord, try and cause the A string to ring sound without directly plucking it.
