The C9 is not accurate. C9 makes it sound like it's in the key of F, but it's in the key of C.

The C9 does not make it sound like it's in the key of F. The use of the D in the C major chord actually sounds quite nice with this song. Not quite sure how you think this makes it sound like the key of F. Scratchin' my head on that one. One last word on the C9... I just checked on one of the pay sheet music sites I use and confirmed that it actually is a C9 in the song. Nice job picking that one out!

To the second comment... this doesn't make it too hard to play. Perhaps if you've only been playing a short time you might feel that way.

One of the problems I have with this particular version is the choice of chords - the Em7 is wrong. That chord should actually be a G.
