Verse quite not accurate: it consists of two picking parts being repeated (im talking about the low B's), the first one has lower tones than the second one; the position where you write "not 100% right" is simply wrong. Sorry I'm unable to do it better, but it just doesn't sound like that, your harmony there is disgusting.
Interlude "Something wrong with this part too" there you have some problem with the rythm.
At the end of the song there is a striking lack of the keyboard solo.
