Nice work. Pretty sure the C/E you have should be an Em7 though. That's what sounds right when I play it. I also don't think the A chord belongs in the chorus.

This is pretty good. But, I don't understand why you changed the part after the instrumental. It should be just like it was before. Dm, C, F, G
