This tab took a while to figure out then write out- so please enjoy it!
I know it's not gonna be perfect, but I feel i came relatively close.

Tuning:Open E (EBEG#Be). He actually tunes it to open D (DADF#Ad) then sticks
a capo on the 2nd fret, which makes it easier on the strings. All notes
are relative to the capo by the way.

Final note- the whole song is finger-picked, which kinda seems necessary for the tone of 
this song.

Intro: The bass notes aren't a hundred percent, but it flows nicely.

Bridge: the 'let go' part. this is the only part he strums so listen for the
pattern, and this is the only part I'm really unsure of (it starts at 2:27
btw)The first 2 chords should be right, but after that I'm wrong- oh well.

By the way, I stupidly wrote down a part wrong... twice... so the chord at the end of the verses and chorus actually goes:
