BAND: Coheed And Cambria SONG: The Ring In Return ALBUM: In Keeping Secrets Of Silent Earth:3 TABBER: Luke Charman (luke _AT_ myignition.com) -- This is just the little intro part to the IKSSE:3 album, it's not actually played on guitar, it's a piano or keyboard, synthesised in some way, but I tabbed it anyway since it sounds awesome played really high up with a lot of distortion. It's also played on a detuned piano in the very LAST song of their FIRST album, The Second Stage Turbine Blade, in the song God Send Conspirator, begins at about 5:40 into that song. So, here it is, now you can rock to it :) --- e|------------10-17---15p13p12-12---10-12-13--------| B|--10--12-13--------------------------------13-12--| G|--------------------------------------------------| D|--------------------------------------------------| A|--------------------------------------------------| E|--------------------------------------------------| e|------------10-17---15p13p12-12-------------------| B|--10--12-13-----------------------13-13--12-------| G|--------------------------------------------------| D|--------------------------------------------------| A|--------------------------------------------------| E|--------------------------------------------------| (Sometimes when it's played, there's a little leadup to the note on the 17th fret, you can slide from the 15th to the 17th if you want to make that effect. ---
lol ppl who tab piano parts for guitar are wacky... but i have so i am wacky so wacky ppl rule
Also, the same theme is heard towards the end of Keeping The Blade off Good Apollo. Except it is played by violins, not piano. Very beautiful theme. In my opinion it has come to represent Coheed and Cambria. God they rock.
