                Pointed out a missing chord in Phase VI

Alright, so this is a track I snagged from a 3 track promo that also
contained Welcome Home and Wake Up. I think this is a fairly accurate
tab for a very different kind of Coheed song. Expect to see a tab for
Wake Up very soon.

Theres also a harmonic slide that's been dubbed over top of this riff, I'm not sure which string it's on but I
believe it's either the high Eb string, from 12 down tremelo pick harmonics as you slide down the fretboard.
