Hello. This is my first tab, but I think it's pretty good. 
The tuning for this song is  CACGBE.

I have no idea what the names of the chords used are, so I've just given them names of my own.  
              C  A  C  G  B  E   
         C1:  0  3  0  0  1  0 C

         C2:  0  5  0  0  3  0 Cadd9

         C3:  0  7  0  0  5  0 C

         C4:  0  10 0  0  8  0 C

A slash between the chords means to quickly slide between them.
