The tuning is down a step and dropped, so it's F,C,G,C for a 4-string. 
I left out any indication of rhythms for the riffs so you'll have to 
listen carefully, but the riffs are logically divided.
 
If I missed any fills or anything, it's because my cheap bookshelf stereo
couldn't reproduce it!  :)  Any errors are also to be blamed on my stereo.

If you tune down a step from standard tuning (EADG), you will end up at DGCF, not FCGC.

It says down a step and dropped, he meant drop d and down a step to produce CGCF (FCGC as he put it) which is mostly what COC use
