sorry, but way off. the song is in drop C tuning (**C** G C F A D), and your entire tab is an octave too high. maybe you had your guitar tuned an entire octave too low (not likely, the strings would be all flemsy and sound really crappy).Since thats not likely, then I guess you heard the right notes but played them an octave higher.
and the part where you say, 5h7 5, it would be actually, 5s6 5, its an F#(played in G#position) not a G(played in the "A" position)
