Tune Bass to D (D, G, C, F)

One thing I can say now 'bout the song is that it is quite
hard to figure out for the bass as most part is kinda blurry
but one thing I know for certain is that it's not hard to play.
So try this out and send corrections to me if you know something
better because this song rocks!

Bass enters at 0:26...

Riff A* (0:26)
------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
-0000000000000000-33333333-11111111-------

------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
-0000000000000000-33333333/88887777-------

*This whole part I'm not quite sure of but
I think this is right.

Riff B* (1:19)
------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
-0---0-3~---3-2-1--0--0-4~---4-3-2--------

*This is 100% right.

Riff C* (1:32)
------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
-000000-2333333333-000000-5444441111------

*This is the most confusing part. This is what
I think it is (you play it almost in unison
with the band). However, it's very hard to hear
so if you got corrections please mail 'em.
Otherwise, if you just play the open E-string
all the time it will sound good too.

Repeat Riff B (1:45)
Repeat Riff A (1:58)

Pause (during the violin thing) (2:24)

Riff D* (2:39)
------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
-5555---------------5555------44444444----
------666666666666-------6666-------------

------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
-5555---------------5555-4444-77777777----
------666666666666------------------------

*This could be wrong with a halfnote or so
wrong but it's played something like this.

Riff E* (3:18)
------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
-5------5--------4~---5-----5-44~--4-77~--
---66~----66~--6--------66~---------------

*If the riff above this is wrong, then so
is this.

Repeat Riff D (3:31)
Repeat Riff A (3:57 - 5:42)

Keyboard fades out

They also use a four string not always a five string!

those bottom notes sound way lower then D. do u mean that the bottom string is F, or that theyr tuned an octave lower?
