actually the song is played with a capo on the third fret and then it's as simple as
e G D/F# (this last one is quite easy because even though it's like the D chord with the second fret on the sixth string pushed you don't even get to touch the first three so you just can push that chord and that's all)
then when the "all night long..." comes you play

I think that your tab is very confused but I'm happy that you try tabbed this song without Cap . First of all, the part that you tab Gm - B - F/A may it be better Gm - Ab - C/F Regards!
