Not bad, at least the first few verses are right, but there's a key change before the last verse. Look on Lodi chords version 2 for an accurate version. Also, some of the lyrics here are incorrect, "while people slapped their tongue" is definitely not right, but still hilarious.
yea its almost perfect. one, there is a slight difference in what your calling the solo, and the intro. while you have them tabbed the same. also the intro to the last verse is wrong as the song changes to "c" (i dont have a way to do tabs or i would put it on here) also as a result of the key change the outro is different. for this just slide the intro up 3 frets
Yeah, the lyrics are pretty bad... shows you can't trust these transcribers: "people slapped their tongues" for "while people sat there drunk" and also:
I boarded on the Greyhound, and I'm walkin' there, by the road.
I was just passin' through, it must be seven months or more.
I ran out of time and money, it looks like the two were friends.
instead of what it should be:
"Rode in on a greyhound, I'll be walking out if I go
I was just passin' through, must be seven months or more
Ran out of time and money, looks like they took my friends..."
and the next two verses are full of mistakes. Check out YouTube... it has the correct lyrics. Otherwise the chords are good
