I'm still quite a novice, but from what I have studied and from the people I have played with, it is worth posting what I believe to be is the chord layout for C/G and for Dm/F; you will find that these chords are easily cheated.

C/G 330010 and Dm/F xx3213

Yeh and if you are a beginner you can play c or dm respectively and it still sounds ok. i recommend that if you want to play the song perfectly though then use the proper chords.
