Pretty close, but I'm pretty sure that's a Cmaj7 and an Edim2 in place of the C and Am. If you listen to the recording, you should be able to hear the open B string in most, if not all the chords. Also, the song should be up 2 1/2 steps.
Actually, the correct chords with the capo are:
