In the pre-chorus where you have the sequence Bm, D, E, I think the D should be a G. Otherwise, great job.
I'm like 99% on that D though. Just the way it sounds in the recording AND in live versions I've seen. In the recording in fact, it sounds like the E that follows it is actually just the D slid up 2 frets.
Have you tried playing that sequence with power chords? To me the G seems closer, especially when you do that, though I'm not entirely convinced it's right either.
